On Assignment with Anelia: Marine tells board about homelessness

US Marine who identified himself only as Tony talks to Bremer County Board of Supervisors about his homelessness and the help he found in the county.

Bremer County Veterans Affairs director Neal Jarnagin is asking the board to allow him to use a home owned by a non profit agency as a shelter for veterans for a 90-day stay.

The board quizzed Jarnagin about potential liability to the county in case “tragedy strikes” in the home as well as other eventualities.
